The Supreme Court in Pennsylvania has overturned Bill Cosby's sex assault conviction.
The retired actor was found guilty of drugging and molesting ex-basketball player, Andrea Constand, in 2018.

The 83 year-old has served more than 2 years of a 3-10 year sentence, at a state prison.
The decision was made after the discovery of an agreement with a previous prosecutor, which prevented Mr. Cosby from being charged in the case.
He had vowed to serve all 10 years rather than acknowledge any remorse over the 2004 encounter, with Constand.
