The United Arab Emirates has frozen the assets of the Kinahan crime gang.
The Financial Times is reporting the state is going to investigate the group's activities along with the US, UK, Ireland and Spain.
Last week, the US imposed sanctions on three companies linked to the Kinahan crime gang including two in the UAE, as well as sanctions on seven of its members.
There's also a five million dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of the leaders, or disruption of its activities.
