Relating to alleged sexual assault case

Lawyers for Britain's Prince Andrew are challenging a claim that court papers relating to allegations of sexual assault have been properly served.

A judge in New York will decide later whether Virginia Giuffre has done enough in her civil case against him.

Ms. Giuffre claims she was forced to have sex with the Royal when she was 17.

The Queen's second son has always denied the claim.

The hearing will evaluate whether efforts to serve the 61 year-old Royal with legal papers were sufficient or not.

Mark Stephens is a media lawyer - he says the pressure is remaining on the Royal:

High profile lawyer, Professor Alan Derschowitz - who himself was accused by the claimant - says the case cannot proceed.
