Claiming it can protect the 61 year-old from sexual assault claims
Prince Andrew's lawyer has asked a judge to keep a legal agreement from 2009, sealed.
Court papers claim it can protect the Duke of York against claims he sexually assaulted an American woman.
Virginia Giuffre has alleged the royal abused her when she was a teenager - which he denies.
A pre-trial hearing related to the case is due to take place next week.
