Annual Concert Fundraising Event

Michael English  will perform in concert at St. Peter & Paul’s Church, Monasterevin

 Friday, 31st October 2025 at 8:00 PM .

This fundraiser supports the senior citizens group  of Monasterevin, and the St. Peter & Paul’s Concert .

Samhain Newbridge – 31st  October

The SPOOKY fun starts at 2.30pm with a free screening on Market Square

 of Hocus Pocus, and Sleepy Hollow at 4.20pm (Audience encouraged to bring a chair / blanket as cinema is outdoors). 

At 6.10 Samhain procession begins on George's Street with storytelling and a fire ceremony. 

Head to George's Street Newbridge this Halloween night and BE AFRAID! Be VERY afraid! A haunted house awaits you.....

South Kildare Beekeepers Association

Beekeeping for Beginners Course 2026

Starting this February,

Open to anyone interested in learning the skills and joys of keeping honeybees.

The course will cover everything from hive management to bee health and will include practical, hands-on experience at our local apiary.

Run to Remember starting and finishing at Kildare Town Community School, Dunmurray Road, Kildare Town R51 D288

The MEMORY WALL will be in the school on the day and afterwards will be placed in the Parish Church for the month and will be remembered at the Remembrance Masses which take place each Wednesday night at 7.30pm in St. Brigid’s Parish Church, Kildare Town.

Kildare Connected Artists of all Genres are invited to apply for a space to showcase their work at this community focused Christmas Art Fair

If you are interested in this opportunity to showcase your work  please submit your request along with two samples of your work to www.popupartnewbridg@gmail.com as

all completed applications must be returned by November 1st.

 Spaces will be allocated on a first come basis at a nominal charge (Note: this is the only cost the Artist will incur for the day as there will be no commission taken on sales)
